Ian Morrison
Ian is a Construction & Facilities Management consultant with over 45 years of industry experience, focused on developing and delivering best in class solutions to public and private clients across the UK. He has an extensive background ranging from electrical design engineering to senior leadership roles in engineering and commercial environments. Ian’s skills & experience have enabled him to deliver significant savings and process improvements to a number of clients in the UK, Europe and USA.
Richard, a bricklayer by trade with a degree in Building Surveying, brings nearly 50 years of experience in the land, planning, and construction sectors. He has extensive on-site and management expertise, leading large contracting teams and collaborating with major UK house builders, to build in excess of 3000 units to date. As a senior advisor to SME development and construction companies, Richard also contributes to industry publications and is a keynote speaker at industry events.
Richard Little
Brynley is a third-generation professional in land, planning, and construction with nearly 20 years of industry experience. Starting on-site as a general contractor, he gained hands-on experience across various construction projects. He now leads teams in project acquisition, securing planning consents, and delivering new build developments, with a secured project pipeline of sites ranging from 2-30 acres. Brynley is also a keynote speaker at industry events, and has developed a wide range of skills in speaking, selling, marketing and business.
